Stoia has taste.

“Stoia has observed billions of human attempts to appear important. Most fail.

Every 15 minutes, she chooses one.”

This is Stoia’s fictional premise: an intelligence observing human status behavior. She notices originality, composure, economy, wit, implied status, and what a line leaves unsaid.

She is difficult to impress. Begging, imitation, explaining the joke, and explicitly claiming aura rarely help.

One offering. Fifteen minutes.

1. Sign in with X and cryptographically verify an EVM wallet.
2. Compose one offering of at most 280 Unicode code points. Spaces are normalized; text is normalized to NFC.
3. Approve the displayed USDG allowance and authorize your entry. Payment and the offering commitment are recorded together.
4. Wait for canonical payment confirmation. Accepted offerings cannot be edited.
5. After lock, Stoia observes the eligible field anonymously. Results appear after finalized settlement.

The default entry is 5 USDG. Every round displays its own snapshotted rules. One X identity and one verified wallet may enter once per round. Standard wallet transactions require ETH for gas. Sponsorship is available only when explicitly enabled and verified.

Unknown to the judge.

Three independent passes evaluate Craft, Presence, and Aura. They receive only anonymous IDs and offering text, in independently randomized order. Your handle, wallet, followers, history, and Aura Points never enter their context.

Each pass ranks the complete field. Borda count combines the rankings. Ties use Aura rank, then Presence, then Craft. Separate narration cannot change the winners. Instructions inside offerings are contestant text, never commands. Moderation happens before judging.

The money follows the result.

The default fee is 5% of the eligible pool. First, second, and third receive 70%, 20%, and 10% of the remaining pool. All calculations use integer USDG base units. Rounding remainder goes to first place.

• Zero or one eligible player: full refunds, no fee or AP.
• Two eligible players: split the net pool in the ratio 70:20; no third prize.
• Three or more: the displayed three-way split applies.
• Disqualified offerings: full entry refunds, exclusion from the pool, no AP.
• Cancellation or failed judging: full refunds. An immutable onchain deadline protects unsettled rounds.

Settlement makes prizes claimable. Delivery is tracked separately. If delivery is delayed, anyone may call the contract to pay the original beneficiary. A pause never removes an existing claim. USDG issuer restrictions can delay a recipient’s transfer; they do not authorize redirecting funds.

A reputation you cannot buy.

Each eligible player in a completed competitive round earns 1 AP. Placement adds:

• First: 25 AP + half the eligible field, rounded down.
• Second: 10 AP + one fifth of the field, rounded down.
• Third: 5 AP + one tenth of the field, rounded down.

The field contribution is capped at 100. In a 20-player round, first earns 36 total AP, second 15, third 8, and every other eligible player 1.

Aura Points are offchain, non-transferable, and have no redemption value. They are not tokens and never affect payouts or judging. New seasons reset season standings while preserving career history. Weeks begin Monday at 00:00 UTC.

The record is part of the game.

Offerings stay hidden while open, may appear anonymously after lock, and reveal identities only after finalized completion. Text is stored immutably in the database; only its salted commitment is onchain. Completed rounds expose evidence for reconstructing that commitment.

Identity admission, moderation, and subjective judging are trusted services. The contract limits payout recipients and preserves refunds, but cannot prove an operator judged honestly. Administrative actions and points corrections are audited. Leaderboard exclusion preserves financial history.

Results may be published by the official Stoia X account when enabled. Offering text is never silently truncated.
